WHAT WE RECYCLE ?

copper

Paka Recycle Sdn Bhd is an expert copper granule manufacturer. The copper granules are produced through the tedious process.

Copper is one of the few materials that can be recycled over and over with no deficiency of performance. Just as assisting with fulfilling the annual demand for copper, reusing saves significant natural resources, saves energy and reduce CO2 emissions.

electronic waste

E waste  is electronic products that are unwanted, not working, and nearing or at the end of their “useful life.” Computers, televisions, VCRs, stereos, copiers, and fax machines are everyday electronic products. Most electronics contain some form of toxic materials, including beryllium, cadmium, mercury, and lead, which pose serious environmental risks to our soil, water, air, and wildlife.

BRASS

Brass has the capacity to be recycled an infinite number of times which has significant environmental and economic advantages. Brass is a copper-based alloy that does not lose its chemical or physical properties in the recycling process. Today, almost 90% of all brass alloys are recycled. Because brass is not ferromagnetic, it can be separated from ferrous scrap by passing the scrap near a powerful magnet. We do Collection, Sorting & Processing of Brass as

| Honey | Yellow | Red | Industrial Brass Scrap |

Aluminium

Aluminium is completely recyclable and the metal can be melted down and reused repeatedly without any loss of material or quality, to produce the same quantity of aluminium plate, aluminium coil and aluminium pipe.

Nearly 75 percent of all aluminum ever produced is still in use today. Aluminum is 100 percent recyclable and retains its properties indefinitely. Aluminum is one of the only materials in the consumer disposal stream that more than pays for the cost of its own collection.

steel

Steel is a permanent material that can be infinitely recycled and is 100% recyclable without loss of quality. Steel scrap from lower value can be converted into high value steels by using appropriate method. Today’s steel products become tomorrow’s cans, trains, bridges or buildings.

Due to its inherent magnetism, steel is very easy to recycle; this is why it is the most recycled material in the world and the most sustainable material of the 21th century.

All the available scrap is recycled over and over again to create new steel. Recycled steel maintains the inherent properties of the original steel and the quality can also be improved on recycling.

iron scraps

Metals are valuable materials that can be recycled again and again without degrading their properties. Steel and iron are the most recycled materials in the world due in part to the opportunity to recover large structures as well as the ease of reprocessing. The use of magnets in the sorting process enables recyclers to easily separate them from the mixed waste stream.

papers & plastics

Paper & Plastics is one the products that rapidly exhaust resources on earth. But luckily, both paper and plastic are easily recycled. They can be made into new products instead of sitting in a landfill.

Paper cannot be recycled indefinitely. With every recycling, fibers become shorter. After being processed five to seven times, the fibers become too short for the production of new paper, requiring the addition of new fibers.

machinery

Dealing with industrial equipment when it reaches its end of life is not among the top priorities of a company. Large and unwieldy, it can be challenging to dispose them. Recycling them is better than leaving them to sit in storage indefinitely without receiving any profit at all. Additionally, by recycling, you divert equipment from going into landfills, helping the environment in the process.

Many of us are not aware that items such as irons, toasters and mobile phones can be recycled. These items have a tendency to sit in a cupboard or drawer and gather dust, when in fact they could be put to better use. The biggest impact items we buy in the Malaysia are televisions, washing machines, fridges and freezers, laptop computers and vacuum cleaners.
